How renting through us works

You'll view the property with someone from our office who knows it. If you'd like to proceed, we'll take your details and carry out referencing — identity, right to rent, employment and affordability, and usually a previous landlord.

Once referencing is complete we'll confirm the terms, prepare the tenancy agreement and arrange your move-in date, deposit and inventory. On properties we manage, we stay your point of contact throughout the tenancy — including repairs.

During your tenancy

Report maintenance to us as early as you can; small problems are cheaper and less disruptive to fix. If something is dangerous — gas, fire, flooding or an electrical risk — contact the relevant emergency service first, then call us.
