Let your property
Letting, done properly from the start.
The process
From valuation to move-in.
Valuation and advice
We visit the property, tell you what it should achieve and what — if anything — is worth doing before it goes on the market.
Preparing to market
Photography, description and the practical checks a property needs before a tenancy can start.
Viewings
Enquiries handled and viewings accompanied, so you hear real feedback rather than guesswork.
Referencing and offers
Applicants referenced on employment, affordability and previous tenancies before terms are agreed.
Tenancy set-up
Agreement, deposit handling, inventory and move-in arranged and documented.
Ongoing management
If you'd like us to manage the property, we take it from move-in onwards.
What landlords ask us first
Usually two things: what the property will let for, and how much of the running of it we'll take on. Both are worth answering honestly rather than optimistically — an over-priced property sits empty, and a landlord who expected full management shouldn't be fielding calls about a boiler.
We'll set out in writing what we'll do, what it costs, and what stays with you. If a different arrangement suits you better, we'll say so.
