Howard & Manning has served North and North West London since 1946. For decades the firm has combined genuine local knowledge with personal, professional property management and letting services.
We are an independent firm of estate and letting agents specialising in the management of residential and commercial property. Much of our work is long-term: buildings we have looked after for years, landlords who have been with us through several tenancies, and tenants who come back to us when they move.
Where we work from
Our office is at 1 Frederick Place, Crouch End, London N8 8AF. Being on the ground in Crouch End matters more than it might sound — it's how you learn which streets let quickly, which conversions need care, and which contractor to call on a Friday afternoon.
How we work
Straightforwardly. We tell landlords what a property should achieve rather than what they'd like to hear, we put what we're doing in writing, and we answer the phone. Howard & Manning has been around long enough not to need to shout.
